I've always wanted to try the Girls aloud range of false eyelashes and yesterday was the perfect opportunity :o) x

........ shellac Nails

I decided to try out Shellac nails today and it's amazing!!! They were dry straight away and should last for a couple of weeks :o)
I also decided to go with this sparkly green to go with my dress and shoes on Saturday xx

This is my personal Kryptonite I have to say!! A real guilty pleasure :o/

.........Pretty new dresses for a fiver :o)

Well my exciting weekend is getting ever closer and I have been doing lots of shopping in order to find a dress to party the night away wearing!! 

I came across this dress on the sales rack and had to have it, especially when I saw it was only £5 x

But I think I have decided to go with another dress, but you will just have to wait to see that after the big night :o) xx

They are getting redone on Thursday, what colour should I go with?
I'm thinking of trying something a little lighter :o/
But there is lot's of time for me to change my mind before then!! ;p x

........wearing heels

I'm planning to wear heels all week in practice for the weekend x
I'm having some girlfriends over for a bit of a party and realised I am so out of practise at wearing heels ;o) x
I have chosen a small heel today and I shall work up to the 4 inch heels before saturday!!!
This week shall be fun ♥ x

........Pretty clothes!

For me fashion is a bit of a blur, I think it stems from my inability to be myself on a daily basis! Having missed out on the experimenting that most young girls would naturally experience, I find myself without a real sense of what my style is?! I see so many woman with a strong identity and coherent image and I'm very jealous of it!! And although I think I have good taste and buy lots of pretty things, I never seem to buy clothes that goes with any of the other pretty things in my wardrobe!

I decided as a project to start drawing myself with different outfits to see what I might like and what suits me!! I thought I would use existing pieces from my wardrobe and find ways to make them work for me and my body shape, I enjoyed the chance to play around but soon realised that anything that I came up with wouldn't actually exist.........hmmm .......doh! So unless I am going to start making my own clothes, I'll need to come up with a better plan!!

So back to the drawing board, as they say!!!!

And I'll just have to start my own mish-mash style in the mean time xxx
